Support Executive : 4 (2 – chat support, 2 backend support (data entry))
Job Summary:
The Support Executive will be responsible for managing backend tasks, assisting in administrative duties, and providing exceptional support to our clients. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform backend administrative tasks, including data entry, record maintenance, and document management.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and documentation.
- Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Monitor and manage client accounts and ensure accurate information is maintained.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a support or administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
