Job Summary: The Outbound Sales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales, handle inquiries, and provide information about our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell our products/services.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product/service recommendations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues related to our products/services.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs and trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitive products.
